Monitoring the programme
The general direction and priorities of the Programme in the
South West is overseen by a Regional Implementation Group made up
of senior representatives from Natural England, the Forestry
Commission, the South West RDA, Government Office for the South
West, the Environment Agency and other key stakeholders.
The South West RDA, Natural England and the Forestry Commission
are responsible for reporting to the Department for Environment,
Food and Rural Affairs on how the Programme is doing in the South
West.
A review of progress in achieving the
objectives of the South
West Regional Implementation Plan for RDPE gets underway in
April 2010. An information paper has been prepared to stimulate
discussion and those people involved in, or benefitting from, RDPE
are invited to give their views. Follow this
link to read the paper and make your comments - deadline 13
April 2010.
